Maria Theresa G. Capule-Navarro has worked in the education industry for 20 years. Her specialty areas are curriculum studies, mathematics education, and using data science in research/education. She has taught mathematics and education courses across grade levels, and has also served as school principal in local and international schools. She has been part of researches and projects that includes curriculum review and development across various fields like the academe, medicine, human rights and the military, and corporate talent management. She is a graduate of UP Diliman and Chiba University, Japan; and also finished a Data Science Immersion program from the For the Women Foundation. Her current research interest is employing Data Science skills and analytics in various studies especially in education.
Jazmine Flores has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Her areas of expertise are in: Leadership and Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain Management (Logistics) / International Trade, Project Management, Business Process Outsourcing, and Finance. In addition, Jazmine is a founder or director of several Australian and global companies. She is a leader in the Filipino community and has the best interests of small business companies in her heart. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and her degree in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Melbourne. She is currently taking Business and Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Business Online.
Raul Hernandez has worked in the education and public service sector for over 30 years. He was Honorary Consul General of the Philippines to Victoria from 2004 to 2010. For the last 11 years, Raul was a CEO, founder, or group manager of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) and private companies. He co-founded Leaders for Change and the Philippine Community Newspaper – The Philippine Times (Australia). As CEO of several RTOs, Raul was responsible for all aspects of the business including Compliance, Industry Engagements, and International Marketing. In addition, he always had the use of Learning Management Systems as one of his primary focus. Raul is a graduate of the University of the Philippines. He completed units in Masters of Business Administration from the Victoria University. He has a Certificate IV in Training, Assessment and Education from the ASCET TAFE.
Cristina Catris has over 30 years of experience as department head and manager in both Australian and Philippine educational institutions. She was Department Chair, Department of Accountancy and Legal Management from 2002 to 2006 in one of the leading Philippine private schools . In Australia she held various management and support positions for several Registered Training Organisations (RTO). Her expertise are in Compliance, Training, Quality, Administration, and Learning Management Systems. Cristina is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas. She has a Certificate IV in Training, Assessment and Education.
